About The Hala Life
Our Mission
- Our Mission at The Hala is simple: we are passionate about the outdoors and want to provide our guest with a camping destination in the Great Smoky Mountains. We also believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the beauty of nature without breaking the bank. We hope that you and your family will enjoy this experience as much as we always have. Our journey began when we realized there was a need for a camping experience right on the famous Nantahala River. We are a small campground and lodge located in the heart of the Nantahala Gorge, surrounded by many outdoor adventures. We hope that you will join us on your next outdoor excursion.
